The ME - Mental Exercise project was a design, communication, and marketing initiative developed as part of the Culture of Change course. The project aimed to challenge the traditional perception of health and fitness by shifting the focus from purely physical workouts to the integration of mental exercises.
Research & Analysis
I analysed current trends and discovered a societal tendency to prioritise physical fitness while neglecting mental health, which also creates social pressure. This insight drove me to change the way people perceive and approach their overall well-being.
