This project focuses on enhancing the Telstra Connect platform by addressing critical challenges that hindered user productivity and decision-making. Through strategic improvements, we transformed a disconnected, complex system into a streamlined, user-friendly interface that simplifies workflows, improves service management, and delivers a more efficient and satisfying user experience.
The Problem
The Telstra Connect platform faced key challenges that hindered user productivity. Disconnected apps made it difficult to view everything in one place, complicating decision-making. Users struggled with untimely updates, leading to delays and frustration. Complex processes and unclear responsibilities further slowed down problem resolution. The platform’s reactive approach and lack of effective teamwork tools disrupted workflows and slowed progress. Addressing these issues was essential for improving platform efficiency and user experience.
